  • Payment confirmation signifies Order acceptance.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Please provide accurate shipping details.
  • Standard delivery: 5–7 business days (location-dependent).
  • Risk of loss transfers to you upon carrier handover.

7. Return & Exchange Policy

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days.
  • Prescription/custom items are non-refundable unless defective.

  • Ship returns to: Gala Optics, 5 Jaya Talkies Compound, SV Road, Borivali West, Opposite Borivali Station, Mumbai, 400092.
  • Refunds (excluding shipping unless our error) are processed in 7 business days. COD refunds go to your bank account.
