2. Information We Collect

Items eligible for return must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition that you received them.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

Custom-made items, including prescription lenses, are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect.

3. Return Process

  • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label or ask you to ship the item back to our store at Gala Optics, 5 Jaya Talkies Compound, SV Road, Borivali West, Opp Borivali station, Mumbai 400092 .
  • Please ensure the item is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

4. Inspection and Refunds

Upon receiving your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.

If the item is approved for a refund, the refund will be processed within 7 business days after receiving the product, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If the payment method is Cash On Delivery, then the amount will be reverted back to your bank account that is provided to us.

5. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.

Please follow the return process to send back the item you wish to exchange, and we will ship the new item to you once the return is processed.

Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

7. Defective or Damaged Items

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including any shipping charges, as quickly as possible.

8. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part.

If you are shipping an item over INR 5,000, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
